Psychotherapy
I provide one-on-one therapy to assist with any challenges you might face. As we work together you’ll feel supported, seen, heard, and validated. My therapeutic approach is multimodal and my primary modality is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a well-studied therapeutic modality shown to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. In practice, CBT explores the interrelation of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and how these contribute to undesired symptoms.
